Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voharvod website, the on-page Voharvod calculator, and the Voharvod mobile app (together, the “Service”), provided by One Infinity Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Voharvod helps you calculate your Voharvod — your Kashmiri Pandit lunar (tithi) birthday — and, in the app, track family members, sync events to Google Calendar, invite relatives and receive reminders. Some features require an account and are optional.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial, family use.
3. Your account
If you create an account (with email or Sign in with Google), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing it through unauthorised means, infringing others’ rights, uploading unlawful content, or using it to harass others or to collect people’s information without a lawful basis. When you add family members or invite others, you confirm you have an appropriate basis to include their details.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you add (such as names, relations and birth dates). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that information solely to operate the Service for you and the family members you share it with. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
6. Accuracy of calculations
Voharvod computes tithi, paksha, nakshatra and lunar-month information using panchang methods. The calculator on this website provides a fast approximation; the app aims for greater accuracy. We work hard to be correct, but lunar calculations can vary by method and locale, so we provide this information on an “as is” basis and recommend confirming culturally or ritually significant dates with a trusted source.
7. Third-party services
If you connect Google Calendar, your use of that feature is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. The app may also ask your device for permission to access your contacts so you can invite family; that access is handled by your device. The app stores (App Store, Google Play) through which you download Voharvod may impose their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Intellectual property
The Voharvod name, the blessing-ring mark, the app, and the website design and content are owned by One Infinity Labs, Inc. and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
9. Pricing
The website calculator is free, and the app is free to download. If we introduce paid features in the future, the applicable pricing and terms will be presented to you before you purchase.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, reminder or notification will be delivered on time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Infinity Labs, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed reminder, an inaccurate date, or your reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where One Infinity Labs, Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
